The 68th Annual Student Conference on United States Affairs is themed: "Democracy & Democratization: Challenges & Opportunities"
Dates: Wednesday, November 9th - Saturday, November 12th
Represent your country and share your views on world affairs as a member of a select delegation of international students. Discuss and debate U.S. foreign policy with American college students and foreign affairs professionals from around the country, and have the opportunity to hear from prestigious keynote speakers and panelists. Delegates will also get an inside look at the U.S. Military Academy with the opportunity to live in the cadet barracks* throughout the conference. Don't miss out on your chance to be a part of this prestigious annual event.
*Participants age 27 and over will be given alternate accommodations (please read the brochure & application for more details).
Application Deadline: Monday, October 10th
Mandatory Orientation: Friday, November 4th, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Manhattan
Location: U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York (We will meet in Manhattan and travel to West Point together. Meeting instructions will be emailed closer to the program date.)
Conference Fee: $125 + roundtrip train ticket (approx. $28) that you will buy on November 9th
NOTE: If you attend NYU or a CUNY school and are selected to participate, your university will cover the cost of your program fee and your transportation.
